How does the payment process work and when can I start to download the themes?
The process is very simple and quick. After successful payment or subscription through PayPal (depending on your chosen package) you will receive a link to the registration page, where you will create an account. Once you create your account, you can login and start to download our themes.
I’ve paid but I don’t receive the registration email. What should I do now?
Please allow few minutes for the email delivery. Some free email providers (Gmail, Hotmail) can mark the email as spam, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive the email, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
What happens after my subscription expires/is cancelled?
You will lose access to the premium themes, however you will have access to the support forum. Your subscription will be cancelled and won’t be charged anymore. If you decide to subscribe again you will have to pay the sign up fee again.
I bought a single theme. Can I upgrade my account to a membership?
Yes, you can. Once you login you can upgrade your account anytime.
Do you support customizations/modifications of your themes?
No, we don’t. Our support forum is focused on theme issues, theme settings help, etc. In our support forum we don’t support any theme customizations/modifications but you may require a customization/modification for a fee. Contact us to get a quote.
Am I allowed to use your themes on unlimited number of domains?
Yes, you are.
