I noticed 10 days ago GETRESPONSE integration doesn’t work any more.
When i Installed theme 1 year ago all was ok.
If I change theme all works ok.
The problem is between Alora and getresponse.
Homepage don’t load contact form created with getresponse code.
you can see it here http://www.artenergynewmedia.it
So if I’m not able to solve the problem I have to change the theme please help me.
As soon as possible…
Thank you stefania

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the problem you’re experiencing.
I’m looking at the site in the console and noticing that there are some js files being not loaded. There seems to be a plugin conflicting with the theme. Kindly try to deactivate the other third party plugins and check again. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
Please let me know how it goes.Stefania FinessiParticipantJune 29, 2016 at 6:03 pmPost count: 9Been thanked: 0 times

Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
Could you please try deactivating the Redux Framework plugin and see if this helps?
Looking forward to your reply.

If reduxframework plugin is not installed, it will load the existing copy included in the theme, which could be outdated. Please install the reduxframework plugin.
Regarding your webform issue. I do not know what’s preventing it from loading.
You can use the following troubleshooting steps.
1) To know whether it’s a conflict with the theme.
Please enable any WordPress default theme and check if your webform works.
2) If it’s not a theme issue, Please disable plugins one at a time to find out which plugin is causing conflict.
3) You may have made some changes to your website setup that cause the form to malfunction.
Such as changing your website URL structure.
Try recreating a new form and use it on your site.
If the above does not help. Please get your webform company’s technical support to take a look at your site. Maybe they can pin point what’s causing this issue.
If your webform was working before, it will not suddenly stop working, it has to be something you did on your website that cause it to stop. If you did not update your theme recently, then it’s not cause by a theme conflict.
Try to recall what you did recently.

My employer mentioned that he will get our developers to look into this issue.
They will need more than a week’s time.

Yes, I am pretty confident it is an issue with Alora Theme.
1. Done the plugin-by-plugin disabling
2.Done Theme Changes – every other them but Alora works fine with GetResponse
3.Contacted GetResponse, they have checked everything, they also say its Alora Theme Issue
Any ETA on when can we have this working, thanks so much in advance.

we have done some improvements in the new version…does it work?SOSpectatorJuly 18, 2016 at 8:25 amPost count: 13Been thanked: 0 times
Hi Roman, we do not have any new update for the Alora in WordPress, we usually wait for updated version to come through automatic update. Should I download and update the version? Would it keep my existing settings?RomanKeymasterJuly 18, 2016 at 8:32 amPost count: 2538Been thanked: 29 times
recent version is 2.8.1, do you enter your credentials in the Theme Updates page? if you do changes only in theme options, they will be used, dont worry 😉SOSpectatorJuly 18, 2016 at 8:47 amPost count: 13Been thanked: 0 times
With due respect Roman, I am quite unclear what do you mean?
1. If you mean in wordpress, I check and update versions of themes and plugins, yes I do.
2. “If you do changes only in theme options, they will be used” – I am not sure what do you mean again.
Not trying to be difficult, I genuinely did not understand the message.
