    Hi,

i layouted a website and used the free evolve theme. It looked great, so i desiced to buy the pro version. Now the layout is distroyed. i made all changes like in the free version and it dosn’t work.

So my new pro Layout dont get boxed. The Header and content are boxed, only the menu and footer don’t want to get in their boxed layout. so icant see the backround right and left of the screen. i really try all differnet settings.

i’m confused, because the free version worked very fine.

yo want to have a look: http://dammann.spdns.de:8070/

    Hi Kim,

Upon checking, your website looks fully boxed at my end (see: http://prntscr.com/82zewa), please confirm the issue related to boxed layout so we take a closer look into your website and provide you with a detailed response.

    Thanks.

i think i’m on the way to fix it. i copy the header.php from the free version to the pro version and it is finally boxed.

so it is not the best solution – i really want to find out where the problem exactly is. in the pro version the header.php is bigger with all the slider and woocommerce stuff – so i will match both.

maybe you can take a look too?

    xxx 🙂

Hi Imran – we check it the same time – so the problem still exist with the differnet header.php 🙂

    Hi Kim,

Firstly, we don’t encourage to apply the direct modification into theme files. Though, if you still wish to get some customization services then I’d refer you to our services page where you can get theme customization services. Meanwhile, theme has changed the layout design along with the new update and surely there is no bug regarding boxed layout design. You can avail the desired layout customization, if you wish to get the boxed layout style as your previous version.

    Thanks.

    Hi Imran,

    yes i know,

but the css code above don’t really fix the problem, the menu is boxed but the grey box not and the footer is transparent bt not boxed. so maybe it could be a css code to box them all correctly?

    Hi Kim,

As you said, that menu is boxed but not the grey box, please provide a screenshot with the issue or if you meant that the background still remains grey? Please also use the default header.php file to the theme so that I can take a look into your site and provide you with the most possible solution.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kim,

If you want to cancel the extra space under the header as per shown into your screenshot, so please add the following code under Appearance > Theme Options > custom Css:

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
