Found another bug. On the homepage the slider moves up behind the menubar that’s above it, on all other pages it starts exactly underneath the menubar.

    All other pages:
    top bar
    menubar
    slider
    content

    Homepage:
    topbar
menubar / underneath start of slider
    slider
    content

On homepage all content also moves up, because the total height of header is less.

Probably something to do with alignment of elements, but why only on homepage?

    Please send me correction.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Actually, You have used Header5 so Header4 and Header5 are transparent menu bar for the homepage in our theme.

If any problem related to a transparent menu bar, you have adjusted the transparency of menu bar with below options.
Theme Options -> Header -> Header Menu Background Opacity

    Thank you

I see, each template has a disadvantage built in so you can refer people to the customization-service. This is not what I signed up for.

Header 1 possible to center align Blog title + Description – NOT possible to center align the menu below.

Header 5 possible to center everything Blog title + description + menu, but NO control over slider that now is positioned under or over menu. Your advise: change opacity of menu. My answer: does nothing for positioning.

My solution: back to Header 1, asking kindly for a suggestion where to center align menu in css code.
    Your answer: customization service.

Again: NOT what I signed up for.

So far I’ve been able to create several workarounds myself, but the list of requests could have been very long indeed. I’m not here to help you!

Please a little more effort from your side.

    Hello

Sorry for inconvenience with the theme.
In theme option as header layout show we provide in theme, there is not other option for alignment adjustment.

If you want to change element position, then you can do it your self or contact us for customization service.

    Thank you

Yes I helped myself. I provide excellent support.

My problem is not the theme but your communication.
I did not ask you to solve my problem, which is a very minor problem and you know it!
I shared my insight with you and asked if I was in the right direction.

(Searching this forum I see you have offered several solutions to similar questions, therefor surprised you refer me directly to your customization service. None of these solutions are working anymore today, which is another worry. I don’t want temporary fixes and I don’t want a Premium theme to function that way!)

Anyway, communication: support ideally can go both ways.

    No, wrong: customization service.

Let’s just hope your next theme update will be flawless, I did sign up for that also!
