When looking at speedtests for wordpress sites, the evolve theme isn’t that “responsive”… One of the things that’s an issue is multiple css and javascript files… Any way you could combine most of them in a future release, so people don’t have to use “minify” or something to optimize it themselves?

as per wordpress codex we cannot use minified versions of scripts, styles etc., because wordpress is GPL compatible and we need to keep the code clean for further development and keep the credits clear. I would suggest you to use a minify plugin, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/ can bring you really nice results

TY for the answer… I didn’t know you couldn’t really do it. But it makes some sense.

Well, we are just a tiny part of the huge wp community, we cannot control it. Using the plugin will really improve the website speed, we are using it ourself on our website and we get 95/100 page speed score, which I think is pretty cool
