I have been using Safari as a browser and it has been working reasonably well with my Evolve website: http://www.lubanlab.org
When I view the same website in Chrome or in Firefox, the images that are placed within the pages are not visible on my laptop, though, using Chrome on my iPhone the images are visible.
Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This might be due to the image format you are using. I see you are using .tif format for the image, I would recommend you change this format to maybe jpg to resolve this.

Please let me know how you go.

Thanks Daniel! I switched to JPEG. The image is now visible in Safari and in Chrome. We’re definitely on the right path!!!
But the image is still TINY in Firefox. And in Safari also, it looks fine on an iPhone when viewed vertically, but remains too small when the iPhone is repositioned to the horizontal.
Is there something I can do to fix the image on Firefox, and to have it resize better on the iPhone?
    J

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Hmm, sounds strange. Could you kindly share screenshots from your end so I can compare from my end? Also, this might be related to image size you are using. Kindly try and use a different image size and see if the issue persists.

    Let me know.

Tried varying the size of the image from a width of 800 to 1800 without significant change in Firefox.

Took a jpg screen shot but don’t know how to put the jpg into this message for you to see.

    Hi,

    Disable your jetpack photon module.
All your images are loading from jetpack servers, there could be a problem with jetpack caching your images.

    Thank you.
