    Hi

I have successfully made a portfolio, but am looking for a more advanced filter and was wondering if someone can help me.

Firstly, there are many categories. I’ll just put a few to make it more simple.

    Parts
    – lights
    – bumpers
    Brand
    – BMW
    – AUDI

On the menu, I have Parts and Brands and each have sub menu’s, which are the sub categories.
When in Parts or Brand, I can filter by the respective sub categories.

But for example, under the Lights and Bumper sub-menu’s, I would like to sort by brand.
It would be good if I could do it for the main Parts menu too.

However, the more I think about it, I will make more subcategories or do something more extreme, which will make the whole structure very redundant. I would like others to update the site with new products when I am not here.

Can someone help me or at least give me suggestions on how to go about this?
I’d rather not touch the code if possible, as I would like others to be able to freely add content without having to worry about code.

    Thanks in advance

    Tony

    Hi,

This requires modifications to the theme code.
Our support does not include providing assistance in modifying theme codes.

You can contact us for customization service via https://theme4press.com/theme-customization-service/

    Hi Denzel

Just wondering, if I do go ahead with the customization service.
If there are any future updates to the theme, will it affect the modification?

Also, cost wise, how much am I looking at approximately?

    Hi,

You can ask the developer for a customization in a child theme and also ask for future compatibility support.
Agree upon terms before carrying out work. What you are going to submit is only for a quotation.

If there is no reply from our developers, you can proceed to put up a free job post on http://jobs.wordpress.net to look for a developer.

    Thank you

    Hi Denzel

Sorry but the submit button does not seem to work?
Is there a direct email I can send the customisation request to?

    Tony
