    Hi, I’m using alora (premium) and want to disable the ‘All’ category from the FAQ section. I want to keep the questions to 8 per category, so the default ‘All’ coming first really undermines my efforts.

    While I’m asking an FAQ question, I’m going to be searching to do the following:
    – increase FAQ question font size
    – change background and mouseover colour

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    You can use the following in Theme Options -> Custom CSS to hide the all button.

    While I’m asking an FAQ question, I’m going to be searching to do the following:
    – increase FAQ question font size
    – change background and mouseover colour

    Sorry, I do not understand what help you require, Please explain in more details.

    Thank you

    Hi Denzel,

    Many thanks for this fix! It effectively removed the “All” button on my FAQ page. HOWEVER, when I load the FAQ page, it still loads all of the FAQ questions I have written. I would like only the questions in the first category to be shown when the FAQ page is loaded, or if that is not possible, no questions loaded until the user clicks on a category.

    Do you know how I can go about doing that?

    As for my second question, on the FAQ page, by default there is a too-large space between the category buttons and the FAQ drop down questions. I inspected and fixed it with this custom CSS:

    .portfolio-tabs, .faq-tabs {
    margin-bottom: 23px !important;
    }

    If there is a more elegant way to do this, I am all ears!

    Thirdly, the FAQ drop down text is smaller than my default body text size, and would be hard to read for anyone with impaired vision. I attempted using the custom CSS:

    .t4p-accordian .panel-title a {
    font-size: 16px !important;
    }

    But am concerned this will affect mobile responsivity. Any thoughts on that?

    Thank you again!

    This requires modification to theme codes which is not covered in our support scope.

    I would have provided something similar to you. There nothing wrong with your css code.

    You can use @media query if you want a different font size for each device.
    16px font size looks fine to me in mobile, I am middle age and can’t see clearly without reading glasses.. and would prefer larger font size. It all depends on what type of visitor you have in mind.

    Thank you.
