The slider images on my site have disappeared, I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugins one by one, but this has not resolved the issue. I have also tried taking sliders off the page and then adding again this also does not work.

My galleries and slide shows are also not working properly.
    Please advise.

Thank you but I can’t see any option to update my theme on my Dashboard. Don’t I get sent automatic notifications to update my theme when new versions come out?

    Hi
According to Updates on my Dashboard my theme is currently up to date. So I haven’t received the version 2.8.0 update…

Please let me know how to get this update.

    Thanks

if you are sure you entered the login details in the Theme Updates page, try to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click the Refresh button. if the theme update is not shown yet, try to update the theme manually as per our docs https://theme4press.com/docs/theme-installation-update/

    Hi Roman
I have updated my theme through my CP panel, my dashboard is now registering that the Alora 2.8 version is running. The slideshows are now working however, the sliders are still not functioning. Please advise.

Roman – Good news, the sliders appear to be back on and functioning again suddenly.
    Thank you for your help.
