    Hi, Denzel,

First, i’m sorry for my bad english.
I have some problems with alora theme :
    1. I have Theme4Press looks perfect displayed on desktop, but looks cropped (not fully displayed) on mobile when i try to begin slide it.
    2. My facebook page on side widget and bottom widget look not fully displayed either on desktop. Can i fix it?
    3. Can i remove default social sharing box feature on my post? I have unchecked all social sharing box, but the title “Share This” still displayed on bottom of my post.

    Here my website https://yayasanemasindonesia.org/

    Hi,

First, i’m sorry for my bad english.

No problem, I can understand you. 🙂

    Regarding your first question.
Please disable your jetpack plugin’s photon module and purge your W3 Total Cache’s cache content.
Currently, all your images are loading from jetpack servers and not from your own server.
Do this first and see how it goes.

    Regarding your second question.
The styles of your facebook widget is loaded by the widget within it’s iframe.
It’s not possible to style it.

    Regarding your third question.
Please use the following in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    Thank you

    Thanks for the solutions, Denzel.

The third problem has been resolved, but the first problem hasn’t (the problem about T4P still presist).

    Is there other way ?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for disabling Photon Module. Now we try to resize the slider in mobile view.
Please use the following in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

Please purge your W3 Total Cache’s cache content after applying the above mentioned codes.
Clear your mobile browser before re-visiting your site to check your slider.

    Thank you.

    Hi Denzel,

I’m sorry to say that the codes didn’t work. I purged my W3 Total Cache’s cache and cleared my browser also, but nothing was happen.

Should i convert to elastic slider?

    Hi,

I only provide code that works in developer console while viewing your website.
I need to see your web page source code, so that I can determine if there is any previously entered css code that has broken syntax. Any css code with syntax error can affect subsequently entered css code.

Please find the setting in your W3 Total Cache plugin to disable all caching.
Keep your W3 Total Cache’s caching disabled until we fix your issue.

Let’s see if I can fix this issue, if not, you can convert to using elastic slider.

    Thank you
