    Hi,

A few days ago, my woocommerce shopping cart is not working any more.
When you are select the products and then proceed to checkout, after you put the “Billing Details”, and I press the button continue, stays on the same page forever.
You can have a look here: http://4mates.arwen.com.au/order/ and try to order and you will find the problem. I realised that from my customers.

A solution is really appreciate, I search everywhere, but I couldn’t find any solution yet.

    Thanks in advance,

    Sergio.

    Hi,

There are javascript errors on your website.
    http://image.prntscr.com/image/15fd3d701a12429d830b750ce319fbc9.png

You can find the plugin that’s breaking these scripts,
by disabling one plugin at a time and clear your cache and browser history.

Your checkout page will work properly once this issue is fixed.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I never touch anything on the scripts.
When I saw your screenshot, I was thinking that was referring to the Allura font, which is part of the Punch Fonts, that is coming with the Theme Alora theme. So, I deleted this font in Punch Fonts, to see if this resolve the issue. But it got worst. Then I tried to install again with the same parameters, but I cannot come back to the previous stage.
My site is getting worst. Any advice is really welcome. I am really lost.
    Thanks, Sergio.

    Hi,

If you delete anything from the theme.
You should do a manual re-installation of the theme.

    I have
    WordPress 4.5.2
    Alora 2.8.0
    Theme4press 1.3.5
    reduxframework 3.6.0.2
    Woocommerce 2.6.1

All working properly on my localhost.
Please update your plugins, if they are of older version.

For all other plugins you have and not listed above, Please disable them.
    Don’t enable cache plugin.

Then proceed to enable one at a time and check your checkout page.
Doing it this way and you will know which plugin is producing script that break your website.

Please have patient and do it properly, don’t skip any step.
Don’t do anything I never mention here.

    Thank you

    Hi Denzel,

    Now it is working again!
It seems that I have the Alora 2.7, but it didn’t ask me for an update.
Then I upgraded Alora manually, and everything started to work, because I didn’t have reduxframework and Theme4press either.
Now that I have Alora 2.8 , Theme4press and reduxframework woocommerce started to work OK again.

    Thank you very much!

    Sergio.
