    Hello,

I have alora version 2.5.0, and recently discovered that there’s a new version (2.7.0)
Could you please tell me how can I update the theme? I looked in the theme options but couldn’t find where to update it.

    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards!

make a backup of your current version, remove it and install the new version.

So I have to uninstall it and install the new version all over again?

Mmm that’s quite risky, isn’t it an option that appears in the old version that says “new version available” or something like that?

Thanks in advance for your attention.
    Best regards.

Is that really the only way to update this theme?

I’m thinking I may well be better off to ditch the theme and look for another – shame as I really liked the theme. I have waited several months for the update, putting off adding galleries until the bugs were ironed out and now looks like i’ve got to start again from scratch.

@ Alvaro – options are saved in the database so they will not be lost, they will be used in the newer version
@ Paul H – may you let me know what are the issues exactly? thanks

To delete a theme you must first apply other theme, you can NOT delete a theme if it is the current active theme.

Yeaahh updated theme, easy..uninstall, install and everything working on. Not needed to import settings.

And now social links are working properly from the very beggining.

    Thx
