    I choose 100% width in setting
    But menu and pages are not width enough
    What can I do ?

    for the custom width you could use Custom CSS:

    #header .alora-row,
    #main .alora-row,
    .footer-area .alora-row,
    #slidingbar-area .alora-row,
    #footer .alora-row, .page-title,
    #header-sticky .alora-row {
    max-width: 1300px;
    }

    for the gap, please share the website, need to check the source code

    Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Layout Options -> Page Content Top Padding set to 0px
