    Hello,

    I just installed Alora and whenever I try to customize it, the preview mode doesn’t show anything (just the circle symbol that it’s loading but it’s stuck on there). I am using a child theme, but I also tried on the parent thing and it’s the same thing.

    I also tried other themes and I do not have this issue. Please help! I really need to get this site up and running ASAP.

    I would recommend to use Theme Options page in this case, just install the Redux plugin which enables it.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the Redux plugin was already installed when it wasn’t working. The Theme Options page doesn’t give a Live Preview which is what I want- I need to be able to see the Live Preview before I make the changes permanent. I don’t have this issue with any other theme, including all the free ones. Can this be resolved somehow? Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but I don’t want to pay $50 for a theme where the basic features don’t work properly..

    we cannot do too much about the customize speed as this theme has a lot of options and it slows down the customize preview..if you wish to refund you can contact us through our contact page. thanks.
