In an attempt to provide easier search functionality of our help content, I’ve been adding tags to different pages/posts based on end user feed back.
Except when i try to search by the newly added tags, no results populate. I have a plugin for search that I can add this functionality too, but I would prefer it if the user could search from the home screen.
Example post link with tag is http://www.event1software.com/kb-all-products/how-do-i-create-a-template-from-an-existing-workbook/ which should pull up by searching the tag templatize.
