    Hi,
    I’ve noticed that my contacts page is blank now, was ok previously, tested the form, checked google map service, anything was ok.
    Now it’s only blank.

    Seen that Contact Form option are not more available in Theme Option menu…

    Please send FTP and WP-Login detail in private reply for check your contact page issue.
    Yes, We have provided only this theme options for contact page.
