    Again: don’t close tickets when the issue is not solved! I haven’t got time to look at the status of my tickets daily!

    Partly because the notification of your replies is not forwarded to me, although I have checked the checkbox. And there are no mails in my spam folder!

    Answer to your question: no, that’s not ok. I first posted the incident months ago, and you promised a solution! Please provide the solution asap!

    Hello Hannes,

    not sure why you didn’t get notifications email because I get them just fine. Topics are auto closed if nobody answer within 10 days time frame. Please also note in your account is available new upcoming evolve plus version which you can try if it fixes the issues. Thanks.
