    Hello,
I actually have had two different issues crop up today.
    1. When I updated the Woocommerce database it reports that there are Templates in my Evolve theme that are out of date and may not work with Woocommerce. It suggest that I contact you the developer, or if I’ve made changes to my theme templates to update them. Since I have not made any changes to the templates I’m contacting you.
    Wordpress V5.4, Woocommerce V4.0.1 and Evolve V4.2.5

The second issue I had crop up is that I got an email from Google Search saying that my current theme is not mobile compatible and my site may not display correctly on mobile devices. It goes on to say to either make changes to my theme to make it more mobile friendly or to change to a different theme.

We like the theme enough to have purchased it and would like to continue to use it. Can you help us resolve these issues?

    Hi.
    1. Do you seek support for Evolve 4.2.5? This is the free theme, it is not supported in this forum, the support is by WordPress community on WordPress.org. If you purchased the paid version (and I assume that you did, since you are here), then switch to it and let me know if the problem persists. Evolve+ current version is 4.9.2.2 Wocommerce templates are being updated from time to time, and we release new once when we theme is updated. Another one is coming soon and if the templates need to be renewed they will be.
    2. This, of course, can’t be – our theme practically since the start is responsive (9 years or so 🙂 ). This is either a mistake in Google Search Console (it does happen), or something else is causing this. I suggest the following: add [email protected] to the your Google Search Console, we will take a look at the error.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, my bad. I had uploaded the Evolve Plus theme but had not made it active. I have done that now and still getting this message,
Your theme (evolve Plus) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
    1.
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
    2.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Yes, we’ve already seen that Woocommerce issued 3 template updates. This is not a technical problem, it is a normal work process. We will take care of it in the next update, sometime this week.
