parallax slider goes way too fast. How can I slow down the speed of the slider?
Thanks,
Lindsay
you need to edit file library\media\js\parallax\parallax.js line # 18
Thank you Roman. Now, where and how do I do that? I’m new to WordPress–so please be detailed and patient 🙂
While I have you, I also don’t know how to make my home page look like the example. More specifically, you have the parallax slider at the top, then underneath, Evolve is shown with three columns with pictures and text. How do I create this look?
Thank you so much!
Lindsay
the new option to change the speed of the Parallax will be available in version 2.7.0 very soon.
in the demo I just used the 3 grid layout which you can find under Blog Options section
Thank you. Okay, it might be easier to explain this via phone, but here is my issue. My home page is my static page. Now when I chose blog options, three columns, the home page doesn’t recognize this…are the columns only for posts (that use for my blog)? When I change the settings of the front page to blog, the theme allows you to create the look I want BUT, that is blog posts/content–I don’t want that! I want something that stays put. The next thing I noticed is that even when my blog options are set to three columns, the actual blog page is not laid out like that?? Here is my website: http://www.lindsayunger.com
yes, the grid layout is only for blog page, not for a regular page. you can try a Bootstrap grid system if you want to have a page with grid system layout. http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid
