    1. The bootstrap slider looks great on a desktop, however the mobile and tablet versions look awful. The copy content cover the entire picture. Also only displays the title of the slide and does not show the description. I need it to look like the desktop version.

    2. On another note, the customize section is very buggy. It loads very slow or not at all. I can click on a topic say header and make changes and it will not load or it will not give me the option to save and upload.

    3. I had a 3 column header widget and not it is gone. There isn’t an option for it any longer on the customize section. Please advise.

    For your First question
    Bootstrap slider is our pridefine responsive slider. Actually, Bootstrap content and button only display desktop and tablet view, in mobile view, it’s hidden. If any customize work on your site please contact theme customize service:

    your second answer
    Sometime customize window slow, it does not display save button when it loads your work. We suggest that use theme options in a dashboard for customization work.

    For header widget column
    You add 3 column widget layout in a header section of theme options. After it creates 3 header widget in widget section of Appearance and adds content in this header widget.
