Hello, I’ve successfully downloaded the demo content for the Alora theme.

I am not able to add an elastic slider to any page. Under “Slider Options”, when I select “Slider Type” = “Elastic Slider” and “Select Elastic Slider” = “elastic”, then click the “Update” button, the page updates, but the Slider Options settings revert back to their defaults (no slider selected) and the elastic slider is not displayed on the page. The same is true for the Theme4Press Slider.

Is there a setting that I have overlooked?

    Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi again, just following up with some more information. When I go to “Add/Edit Sliders”, select one of the sliders there, and select “view”, the preview loads without the slider showing. I am also unable to see new Theme4Press sliders in the dropdown menu on the page I am editing after I create a new slider in “Add/Edit Sliders”.

Not sure if this helps, but I was using the WordPress theme Fruitful with the Smart Slider 2 plugin before I imported the Alora demo content. I then deleted the Fruitful theme and all non-Alora plugins.

    Thank you.

I fixed this, nevermind. Had to delete everything and reinstall, then it worked.
