    I just purchased Evolve plus. I already have Evolve on my website and love the way it looks. I thought Evolve plus would keep it the same but give me more features.

    However, my header does not line up correctly and no matter how I tweak the header it doesn’t line up correctly. Plus, the bootstrap slider will not show up on the home page no matter what I do.

    I actually like the way my website looks under the free version better.

    Anyway, how can I get these two main issues fixed?

    http://mpaxauthor.com currently has Evolve, which I love. Any advice on how to make it look exactly like this under Evolve plus?

    Hi M,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the problem you’re experiencing.

    Kindly could you check if you have any added custom codes or third party plugins conflicting with the theme and deactivate theme first. Also you need to ensure that all the required plugins and installed and activated.

    I see the issue, you don’t have the latest version of evolve+…please update it

    It was just downloaded and added to my site a few days ago. How do I update it? It doesn’t show up in updates.

    did you set your theme4press credentials under Appearance -> Theme Updates ?

    OK, I did that. Finally got most of the other stuff to show up, but the bootstrap slider will still not show up on the homepage.

    Also, the parallax slider is not showing up on my blog posts. Seems none of the sliders work.

    the credentials in the Theme Updates page are wrong, please be sure to enter correct ones
