Hi Joey,
Thanks for writing in!
How can i change the featured image size? Its too big and is doesn’t fit.
Please go under: Admin Panel -> Settings -> Media. As per shown here:
http://prntscr.com/9uip8m
In case this won’t help; so please add the following code under Appearance -> Customize -> Custom CSS:
.postid-3764 .thumbnail-post-single img {
width: 74% !important;
}
Please adjust the value as per desire.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Help! it doesnt work
Hi Joey,
Upon checking, its working fine at our end (see: http://prntscr.com/9ukfut). I’d advice to clearing your browser’s caches and recheck again.
Thanks!
that’s what I did, but it still is not working. The image is not shown in its entirety. The image is cropped
Hi Joey,
Is this image you’ve uploaded to your server -> Image?
Please provide us with the admin credentials of your website. And please confirm that the uploaded image is full-sized.
Thanks!
The images is uploaded as full-sized image. I prefer send no admin rights of the site to someone because of highly confidential data, and certainly not as a forum. Is there any other way to do this.
Hi Joey,
In regard of sending admin credentials; you can send as a private reply on forum which will not be shown to the public but just the theme owners and moderators. After writing the details into the field, please check the “Set as private reply” button down below the text area (see: http://prntscr.com/9ukqsr).
Thanks!
Hi Joey,
Upon checking, it has been found that your images are been cropped due to a plugin (see: http://prntscr.com/9v0nyg). It seems to be a plugin conflict, I’d recommend disabling the plugins one by one and check if the issue is gone.
Thanks!
