    by default alora theme have 3 colum , but i need 4 colum just like i mention in the example jpg picture. but when i use [one forth] short code its decrease the size but 4th pictures that i want to use in same row , appear down the first row .

    It seems to appear fine here. Can you please provide a screenshot of how it is looking on your system so that we can figure out what could be the problem.
