    I came across this fix in another post to resize the header:

    .custom-header {padding:40px 20px 5px 20px!important;width: 985px;min-height:400px;background:url(***insert header image url***) top center no-repeat;border-bottom:0;

    It works great. The problem is it is not responsive and doesn’t resize or allow shrinking on mobile devices. How can this be made responsive so that it works across devices with the rest of the theme?

    try this code better:

    Hi Roman, that did not work to make the header responsive on other devices. It is cut off everywhere else.
