    site: http://www.nbainc.com/annuities

    Using evolve 2.8.8 and everything looks perfect on Chrome, IE8, and IE11 browsers. When I roll-back IE11 to IE10 on Win7, my home computer shows the menus perfectly. As soon as I have someone at work test the site, they report the menu doesn’t fully show. 5 users at my office, all with essentially the same setup (IE10 on Win7), report the same thing.

    Here’s an example of what they see:

    Have you heard of this problem before? It if is a bug in the browser, it should show up often. What else can I do? What testing would you do?

    Roman- Just did some searching and found that out of the 13 sites below that have the “evolve theme by Theme4Press” at the bottom of the page, 10 of them show the same incorrect menu behavior in IE 10, but three of them are working correctly. Is there something common with the 10 that is different than the three? I will be happy to do some testing. I need to get this error corrected.

    These have a menu issue:

    These show the menus correctly:

    its weird….this website is using same version same like you http://fhfsolano.org/ and you wrote it shows correct, for you.

    try insert this in the Custom CSS field and see what it does:

    Code:
    .content {position:relative;z-index:0;}

    Just did and there is no change to the menu behavior. It is almost like the menu shows behind the rest of the page below it, instead of showing in front, like it is supposed to.

    Roman- I reviewed the fix you mentioned, but I cannot expect visitors to the site to perform this fix.

    I’d like to know why the site you mentioned in one of your posts above (http://fhfsolano.org) works just fine in IE 10 for Win7 from inside my work network, but my site doesn’t. Will you please check their site to see if they implemented some custom css or something to make it work?

    try insert this in Custom CSS section:

    Code:
    .menu-header {z-index:9999;}

    The problem with our menus seems to only occur when IE 10 Compatibility View mode is set, from inside or outside our network. The two CSS sections you sent me didn’t change anything, as far as I could tell, so I removed them. There is something in the fhfsolano.org site that allows their menus to work, even when viewing in IE 10 Compatibility View mode. Because many of our visitors work with websites that will require them to use IE 10 Compatibility View mode, we really need the menus to work in that mode. Please compare their site to mine to see what they did to make it work.
