    I tried installing alora theme through WP dashboard and FTP and keep getting 500 internal server error. Even when I preview the theme I’m getting the same error.

    I have tried all the solutions from the link that you have given (#33367) and am still getting the same error.

    can you help me on this please? and why ticket is close as the issue is not resolved yet?
