I submitted a request for theme customization using the form located at https://theme4press.com/theme-customization-service/ and received a nice email saying that a new ticket had been created and a link to view the status of said ticket.
Only one problem, the link provided in the email return a 404 error so I have no way of viewing the updated status of the request.
And of course the emails say it is an unsupervised email address so don’t reply to it.
Kind of shoddy to implement a system before it is tested and functional.
