I use theme4press slider shortcode on page. It’s show on desktop screen but it hide when open on other screen and screen size less than screen desktop.
so, Its not show on other device.please help.

Thanks for provide us site details, In theme need to update some css file. For this need to update theme files, so trying to add plugin File Manager at that time asking for FTP access: http://prntscr.com/fu7jue
Attach updated files with this. Please download and upload at proper path in your server.

Check in your theme, you have created child theme and in this you write custom css for slider, you have to update there also.

As I see you have created child theme “evolve-plus-child”, so update style.css file in child theme.
If you have customize this style.css file, then you have to do manually change the issue in this I can’t help you.
Your child theme has some css which you need you remove and update related with t4p-slider.
