    You can edit social-buttons.php for putting the links.

     

    You can paste the shortcodes content in a page and you should be able to get the same layout as the /elements/ page.

    The slider images aren’t coming up when visiting them directly at http://pfmc.ca/wp-content/themes/evolve/library/media/images/bootstrap-slider/1.jpg.  Can you please add the slider images and then check the site.
