    Can you please send your site URL to see more if you see something in demo site, than yes it is working. Also it would be nice if you can identify which theme you are using Evolve / Alora?

    Hi Federico,

    Thanks for purchasing the theme, I’m sorry you are facing this issue. Can you confirm, “Did you install the plugin yourself from wordpress or out side of the Theme?” Basically its already included inside the theme and purchased as well so we can suggest you further solutions.

    Please use big image so it will manage the size as Alok suggest you in above post 🙂

    No, you have to follow Column 1 and same for 2, 3 and so on to get same result. I’m really sorry that we can’t figure out this thing individually 🙂

    You can use Featured image in blog / article otherwise you can import it through Dashboard > Media > Library

    Hi Lindy,

    It happens because you can see 3rd column have 1 row instead of 2 like first 2 column, please increase the text of 3rd column till 2nd row your text / image / paragraph will work fine. In short follow 1st column for remaining 2 columns 🙂
