I do appreciate the proactive approach to solving my ticket. Do you have a time frame of when I can expect an answer or a resolution? I understand your time is valuable. We are expected to go live within a few weeks, and styling sidebars is due this week.

I understand the issue I am having is probably the fact that the pages the two plugins I am using (Modern Tribe Events Calendar, and WordPress Business Directory) render as custom post type so Evolve theme isn’t assigning a sidebar since they aren’t actually a “Page.”

Or at least that is my best guess. Any information on this that you can provide would be appreciated.

    Extremely important, extremely urgent!

So apparently it’s not just a theme/plugin conflict. Another page which uses a completely different plugin is having the same issue. This page utilizes the WordPress Directory plugin, and similar to the event calendar page, the side bar is not rendering there either. Sidebars are showing correctly on Home, and the Band Directory.

To avoid mistakes and errors, it really is best that you install the upgrade as a new theme.

If you will go to Appearance>Theme Options, at the bottom you will notice “Import/Export Setting.”

This makes it easy to apply your current settings to the upgraded theme.

Having the upgrade installed as a new theme helps you prevent mistakes in case something in the new theme doesn’t quite work right (which is the issue I am currently facing, as Evolve+ apparently has a plugin conflict that the lite version didn’t have.)
