Update, I removed the contact form code and decided to add an image linked to the contact page instead. There is always a work around.

I did, it only shows the contact [form shortcode] text nothing else.

Yes it did work, thank you Alok……………..is there a way to separate the post and page content from the sidebar to show the body background through?

never mind it cleared up on it’s own…………….more issues have popped up though.
Nevermind I changed to the Alora theme………..looking better.
