    Thanks. That seems to be a good fix for now, but I don’t understand… the FA shortcodes worked before I updated my Evolve theme from 2.0.1 to 2.9.1. I thought I had all of the correct plug-ins installed.

    Also, how do I remove the bootstrap slider from our News page (the blog posts) page. I’ve tried everything in the Customize panel. It’s not even using the correct sidebar I chose.

    It’s been almost two years since you said you might add this to one of the next versions. Any progress updates?

    Well, I guess all it took was me posting to this forum! I fixed it, but I’m not sure what was broken. I was looking at the existing sidebars and saw one that didn’t have a Sidebar Name or CSS class (see pic below). I removed it and everything started working again.
