    Hi Heather,

    Thanks for informing!

    Yes, the ‘wmode’ is being appended by the theme. However, I’ve forwarded this request to our development team. Hopefully will get an update on this as early as possible.

    Thank you!

    Hi Tiffany,

    Upon checking, at the moment the problem doesn’t seem to be there anymore. However, because javascript takes up time to load and upon loading it makes the menu disappear with delay. Please add the following code under your Appearance -> Theme Options -> Custom Css:

    #nav ul li ul {
    display: none;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Hi Tiffany,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Upon loading my website, all of my dropdown menus expand, then disappear when the site is fully loaded

    Perhaps it’s a caching issue, I’d advise clearing your browser’s cache or testing on a different browser.

    Thank you!

    Hi Agnieszka,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please make sure that the sidebar is enabled under your woocommerce page options. To check, please go under Pages -> woocommerce page -> Page Options, edit the page and go under page options as per shown here (see: http://prntscr.com/9y1lzm). Please confirm the sidebar is selected under sidebar section and sidebar position has chosen as well.

    Thank you!

    Hi Vishal,

    I went to the Appearance menu, hit customize, but did not see custom css

    There’s a Custom CSS option right under the customize section. However, please confirm as your issue has been fixed at our end and all the three mega menus under ‘services’ section are opened now (see: http://prntscr.com/9xzqi5).

    Thank you!
