    Hi Jeff,

    Please try to regenerate the images while after deactivating the third party plugins. You can use the following plugin:

    Force Regenerate Thumbnails

    Thanks for login credentials!

    Upon checking, everything seems to be working fine at our end. By testing editing contact page on both logins, the changes were being applied on the live site. As from the login “Deano” you can see a couple of screenshots (see: http://prntscr.com/a1rbjf) and (see: http://prntscr.com/a1rc6t), the changes were successfully applied. Please confirm if the issue hasn’t resolved so that we can investigate further and provide you with a detailed response.

    If I set my site layout to be full-width in the Customize section, will I still be able to add sidebars to select pages?

    Yes, by going under your page editor screen, right under the page options you can select choosing a sidebar for that specific page.

    I’m mainly concerned with my BuddyPress pages (I’d prefer them to be full-width) and I don’t see an option to set those to have no sidebar

    Please go to your BuddyPress pages Edit Page -> Page options and you can manually set no-sidebar layout on every BuddyPress page.
