    Hi Dominik,

    Thanks for writing back. The way it is working is usual and expected. But if you want to change the size of Product Slider; we’d require you to provide us with the page link on which you want to deploy the custom styling.

    Thank you!

    Hi Sami,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Have you activated your Theme4Press core plugin? if not then please go to your plugins section and install and activate it. It should enable the shortcodes button in your editor.

    On a side note, you may also find this helpful:

    Hi Nadh,

    Thanks for sharing the link!

    Please make sure, you have updated and installed your theme properly. However you’d try reinstalling the theme and check if everything works well. Make sure you have saved a backup of your site and have all changes made in child theme.

    Thank you!

    Hi Joey,

    Thanks for your patience!

    In regard to avoid cropped featured image, please reduce the uploaded image size and make sure that the width and height is not more then 680px and 330px respectively. I’ve tested re-sizing into your server and achieved a look something like this: (see: http://prntscr.com/9zo983), which is not chopped off.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Hi Dominik,

    Thanks for writing in!

    We’ve used Columns and Product Slider Shortcodes on our eCommerce page. You may wish to consult with a developer who can help you with this.

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks for your patience!

    I’ve looked into your website which is currently using alora theme. Though, theme alora doesn’t offer the option to set your font-weight up to 100 as like evolve (see: http://prntscr.com/9ziath). However, theme evolve changes the weight of font Lato up to 100 (see: http://prntscr.com/9zih08).

    Thank you!

    Hi Fie,

    Thanks for providing the links!

    Upon checking into your website, I figured the alignment of components is collapsing because of using sidebar on your product page. I’d recommend disabling the sidebar will give you proper alignment as per shown here (see: http://prntscr.com/9zhs2q). In order to disable sidebar; please go to your product page and select ‘no-sidebar’ from under page options.

    I’ve also noticed your header is chopped off, in order to fix that; please go to your Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header, and increase the ‘padding bottom’ up to 90px, as per shown here (see: http://prntscr.com/9zhvgg).

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Hi Dominik,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please add the following code under your custom CSS field:

    .woocommerce-container .product .summary.entry-summary {
    margin-left: 10px;
    float: left;
    width: 400px;
    }

    .woocommerce-container .product .images {
    width: 400px;
    margin-right: 60px;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
