hello, do you have any update for the question asked in my previous post “July 20, 2020 at 1:23 pm #45010”?The website is basically unusable at the moment because login and logout are not working at all…it sends me to a dedicated working login webpage (page_id=15) only if i do click on “open in a new window”on “MyAccount” but that’s really counter intuitive…any help about it would be appreciated.

Hi, i’m sorry to get back with another trouble but seems that the login windows is working properly only when the website is resized to mobile size, otherwise it just get stuck without allowing any actions on the login window, it doesn’t allow us to insert username or password neither to click on “rememember me”.
Can you please double check in the desktop format the login window?It now redirects properly but only works when in mobile size.
A secondary question already asked but maybe forgotten is if would be possible to add a “Lost your password” link in the login window?
I understand that you’re definitely full of support-requests but i really do hope you can help us soon since the website already got some delays and now we are being pushed by our customer in order to deliver it.
We should go online the 29th of July, could you please try to fix it before that date?

We’ve seen some fix about the mobile visualization, now it shows correctly the products when resized to small, so many thanks for that!
We would also know if you had the chance to take a look into the other issues, since we didn’t seen any tranlation or other requested fixes that have been made, so we’re guessing that maybe could be some trouble.
We are ready to ship the website to our customer and those are the only things left so would be appreciated if we can solve quickly enough maybe just some of the main issues.
Could you please give us some update about the wrong redirect from the fast-login from homepage and other minor translations?
