Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide an ETA on the possible time frame for a possible resolution/update roll out in regards to this issue but the dev team is working on releasing this update in a timely manner.
Please let me know if there are any more questions that I can answer for you 🙂
Cheers!
Hi Thomas,
I hope you are having an awesome day and thanks for contacting us regarding your query.
We have investigated the URL you have provided us with and did notice a few of the images that were blurry as illustrated in the image attached or shown below.
Upon further investigation, we noticed that this specific image has a native resolution of 60px by 60px while the image container is 333px by 333px which will result in the image becoming pixelated upon scaling to fit the image container.
Another alternative in trying to resolve any blurry images that are not related to image dimensions using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
After activating the plugin, go to Tools » Regen. Thumbnails from your WordPress Dashboard. Pressing the regenerate thumbnail button will start generating new image sizes defined by your theme or in Settings » Media page.
Please let me know if there are any more questions that I may answer for you 🙂
Cheers!
Hi again,
The footer and menu issues are now fixed.
You had copied and pasted the CSS code including the code tag in the reply.
Please let me know if there’s anything else.
Cheers!
Hi Jon,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the issue you’re experiencing.
This is related to conflicts. Kindly could you check if there’s a third party plugin conflicting with the theme by deactivating them and check again. If the issue is solved, reactivate one by one to identify the culprit.
Please let me know the outcome.

Hi Holly,
Thanks for reaching out to us again.
Kindly try out the following custom CSS code and remove the previous one:
ul.nav-menu a, .menu-header {
text-shadow: initial;
}
This should work for you.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers!

Adding the following custom CSS code should have worked for you:

}
I have noticed, it seems it’s not yet added. If you still experience problem, kindly share with temporary login credentials so that I help you from there. Don’t forget to mark the reply as private.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this query.
While having such a feature would be exceptional, to the best of my knowledge there is no such example theme.
There is, however, a demo that you can view here:

Please feel free to let me know if there are any other questions/issues I can help with.
Kind Regards.
Hi Raj,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
I’m not able to view your site so I can’t really make any diagnoses, however, I’ve been looking at some issues on the internet and most of them are actually leading to having to do some coding.
Check out this article for more info on this.

I hope this helps you.
