    Hi Donna,

Thanks for reaching out to us again.

This issue is related to plugin conflicts. Kindly try to find out which one is causing the issue by deactivating all the third party plugins and check again, if the issue is resolved, reactivate one by one to identify the culprit.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Hmm, sounds strange. Could you kindly share screenshots from your end so I can compare from my end? Also, this might be related to image size you are using. Kindly try and use a different image size and see if the issue persists.

    Let me know.

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This might be due to the image format you are using. I see you are using .tif format for the image, I would recommend you change this format to maybe jpg to resolve this.

Please let me know how you go.

    Hi Patrick,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us, I hope you’re doing well today.

This seems a lot like a Javascript related issue.

Could you please try disabling your plugins to see if the issue lies within a plugin?
Also, in Slider Options, could you please ensure that only Bootstrap Slider is selected? This is probably not an issue at all but you may have the Bootstrap Slider selected and then a Theme4Press slider selected below which could potentially cause some mishaps.

Something else you may want to consider is using the Theme4Press slider. This, from my end, is working perfectly, plus it looks quite awesome from where I sit.

    I hope this helps,
    Kind Regards.

    Hi there,

Sorry for the problem you’re facing and any inconveniences caused.

Kindly note that for better functioning of the theme Redux Framework plugin and Theme4Press Core plugin are required to be installed and activated. Please install them and see if the issue will not be resolved :).

Please let me know how it goes.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us again.

Did you follow these steps (https://theme4press.com/docs/setting-up-the-sliders/bootstrap-slider/) to set up the sliders? Kindly could you check if there’s any third party plugin conflicting with the theme. Try to deactivate them and check again, if the issue is resolved, reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.

Let me know how it goes.
