    What is the absolute latest version I can install now? On an existing site?

    And there is no way to import demo info to an existing site without overwriting page content? I do not mind rebuilding menus and etc.

    Okay. This is odd. I chose to run Theme Updates vs the WordPress link shown in above screenshot, and now it says I have the latest version of WordPress. Hmmm Cache?
