the problem is the slider is not working on the page at all, can you please try to test it on another subpage so we can confirm it’s not a conflict with a plugin/script? or you can provide us your wp admin login in Private reply and we can investigate it
the povided URL gives 404 error 🙁 , please provide a working URL with the example which you try to get . anyway, by default wordpress allows insert photos in rows but they are not responsive, what I would suggest is to try a plugin for that, for example in wordpress directory are some https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/responsive-gallery , it might work as you wish
sorry but as noted in our docs, evolve doesn’t support the blog shortcode yet https://theme4press.com/docs/shortcodes/, but we are planning to add it soon, thanks for your patience
please provide the URL with the issues
@ Sequana why would we sell a theme which will clean/remove a customer website? It makes no sense. Probably your hosting company made a mistake and you should ask a refund from them. We provide a reliable product and if someone or you installed it incorecctly (removed something on your website), it’s not our mistake. At least, you could provide us your wp admin login and FTP login and we can have a look what happend actually, maybe nothing has been removed.
@ Harvey are you the one who install the theme for them? Have you seen the error? Are you an experienced developer? If yes, please point us to the details and we will take care.
as I can see, the current VC version is 4.5.2. so please update it..this is not our theme related issue.
please provide your website URL with your wp admin and FTP login details in the Private reply, we will have a look.
not sure how you got it there but you can remove it by this Custom CSS in Theme Options panel
.menu-header:after {
background: none;
}
please can you try to use it on default wp theme so we can confirm it’s the theme’s issue?
