we found out, this issue happens only when a static page is set as a front page in Settings -> Reading , we will include this fix in the next theme update

it’s located in library\media\js\bootstrap\css , but be aware if you update the theme the changes will be lost. I would recommend to use a child theme or use Custom CSS option in the Theme Options panel
in Appearance -> Widgets … just drag and drop the widgets to the areas where you wish 😉
