    Theme4press core is a part of the theme package, just install and activate it

    not quite sure what you mean…do you mean portfolio category in the main menu? You could add it in Appearance -> Menus

    that’s the page title bar, you can disable it by editing the page, scroll down and check out this option Page title options

    have you check the Full Width shortcode https://theme4press.com/alora-documentation/shortcodes/full-width/ ? be sure to set the 100% width template when editing the post/page

    yes it can, if you enable the widgets area Theme Options -> Header -> Header widgets placement
