    does the widget has not its own custom css page? use this Custom CSS:

    sorry but we don’t test our themes with those 3rd party plugins so I cannot recommend you one. alora includes a shortcodes which could do similar layout of the post which you need, try to look on the posts shortcode where you can set categories – https://theme4press.com/alora-documentation/shortcodes/recent-news/
