    please read my previous comment…download the Redux Plugin, it will enable the theme options panel for you

    please use Redux Framework plugin to enable the theme options…there is a bug with the customizer and WP 4.5 in some OS and browsers.

    the problem is with the Redux Framework plugin under OS X with Safari, we are aware of this and we are working on possible solutions. thanks.
