I received your email, but as a follow-up, I deactivated all plugins and cleared all custom CSS. Problem remains. This issue occurred after updating to the latest version of Alora along with the button text color from my other forum post. Please advise.

I’d also love this functionality! Right now, I can have users navigate to a specific tab via the tab anchor that is generated automatically (http://www.district96.org/departments/technology/#tab0f99033c), but I would love the ability to customize the name of this anchor (eg. #staff).

Good news.  Mind providing me the code that could accomplish this?  I can’t seem to figure it out.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled.  Working better.  Now I can get the MAIN MENU to replicate across the sites, but not the TOP menu…no matter how I alter the code, I can’t get the TOP menu to replicate.  Your assistance is appreciated.

Looking at the plugin forum page, it appears that the theme needs to have a “Theme Locations” meta box for menus.  I don’t know if the Alora theme has that.

“<span style=”font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; background-color: #f5f5f5;”>You have to be using themes that add theme support for menus, register at least one native menu and displays the menu on the front end by calling wp_nav_menu(). You only get the menu slot (Menu Location) in the menu screen if the add_theme_support is called by the theme.” (</span><span style=”font-family: Lato, sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px;”>http://i.imgur.com/xfHi8.png)</span></span>

Roman, that’s the plugin I attempted to use, but could not configure it correctly for the Alora theme.  When activated, it copied the main menu (not the top menu) to BOTH the top and main menus of the sister pages.

Would you be able to take a look at the plugin code and let me know what needs to be edited to allow the plugin to copy JUST the top menu across the sister pages?

No rush…but I do have a deadline of Nov.11th to have the web page up and going… 😉

Thanks for your help and attention to this post.

Hi Alok.  I’d like the top menu on my main site (www.district96.org/home…must be logged in to see the alora theme) to replicate across the subsites in my multisite installation (www.district96.org/blythetest or http://www.district96.org/amestest for example).

    Nope…BBCodes/Buddypress doesn’t solve it.

I figured it out…had weird formatted text that screwed with alignment.
