    You do not need modify any file but follow below instruction

    Go to Theme option,

    Theme Option -> Header -> Menu -> Menu -> Disable main menu (check this box) , then you show the only logo in the header.

    Hii

    We have checked your screenshot, you have a select top menu, not primary menu so, In your menu item show all pages, it’s suggested that you have not selected any primary menu so it’s call default menu item.
    Please check as a primary menu that you want to display in a menu item.

    Thank you

    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu li.nav-hover ul,
    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu li li:hover ul,
    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu li li.nav-hover ul,
    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu li li li:hover ul,
    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu li li li.nav-hover ul {
    left: 10em !important;
    }

    ul.nav-menu li.t4p-dropdown-menu ul {
    width: 10em !important;

    And Second One, Go to Theme Option for change the padding between the menu items

    Theme Option -> Header -> Menu -> Menu -> Padding Between Menu Items ( Reduce The Gap )
