Yes, you can add navigation menu in the content of a page with the use of Custom Menu widget.
You add Custom Menu widget in page content with use of theme4press composer plugin.

You should first try with demo site and install in Evolve demo data.

Theme Custom css option remove in new update.
Now theme use custom css WordPress default option “Additional CSS”, this option available in Customize Check this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ftqjz4
If you have write any custom css in old version of theme, it is available in Additional css option after new theme update.

In mobile view image resize for fix in the screen. If you have image without any text it look good.

If you want to only remove transparent black color, add below code into Additional css option
