    Sorry, with theme option you can add only one logo.

    But you can do it with customization in theme.

    It’s not big customization but need to check all pages are do change in width.
    You can do your self with this changes: http://prntscr.com/j3q42h
    You need to check all elements after width change and update as per requirement in style if any issue.

    Counter box has not special background color option, background color option is common here for most of elements : http://prntscr.com/j2tayl
